2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to delete the name of petitioner no. 1, Md. Ijhar who is said to have died on 02.01.2015.

3. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 01.09.2014 and 13.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23522 of 2014.

4. It is submitted that the petitioners have been granted provisional bail by order dated 01.09.2014 which was subsequently confirmed by order dated 13.11.2014, but bail bonds could not be furnished within time as one of the petitioners Md.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14464 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 Ijhar, being the own brother of the other two petitioners, was suffering from ailment and finally died on 02.01. 2015.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 01.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 23522 of 2014 is extended by four weeks from today.
