The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

A pick-up van loaded with chocolate were robbed by the miscreants alongwith mobile and cash from the driver.

The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as the person who also participated in the offence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on confession of co-accused, the petitioner has been roped in the present case. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.12404 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2 / 2 The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds of prayer for consideration of regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
