The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354(A), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal. Considering the trivial nature of dispute and the injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
