2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Taraiya P.S.Case No. 73 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons were dealing in liquor and under the influence thereof they were causing chaos in the area.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, he has been made an accused as he could not fulfil the demand made

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Saran in connection with Taraiya P.S.Case No. 73 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
