====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V. NATH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.
This revision application has been filed against the order dated 6.7.2013, whereby the learned Court below has turned down the prayer on behalf of the petitioner for deciding the point of limitation first.
It appears that the learned court below after considering the submission and in the facts and circumstances of the case has directed that the point of limitation shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the matter (Misc. Case No. 8 of 2010/62 of 2010). In this view of the matter, this Court has not been persuaded to find that the learned court below has committed any error of jurisdiction in passing the impugned order.
This revision application is dismissed.
