It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 03.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17621 of 2016, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 pending in the Court of Shri Manoj Kumar-V, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna, but due to typographical error the date of the said order has been typed as 03.06.2016 in place of 03.05.2016. It has further been submitted that the time to surrender granted by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17621 of 2016 (3) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 said order may also be extended by further eight weeks. In the circumstances, said order is modified to read the date of order as 03.05.2016 in place of 03.06.2016 and the time to surrender granted to the petitioner by the said order is extended by further eight weeks from today.
