JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner has mentioned the matter, as according to him, while directing the provisional release of the vehicle in question in the order dated 16.01.2019, the Court has not fixed a time frame for the District Magistratecum-Collector, Patna to release the vehicle in question on the petitioner furnishing documents of ownership and registration with two surety bonds and undertakings. It is submitted that as a result thereof no order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Patna despite submission of the surety bonds and undertakings by the petitioner.

Let the order dated 16.01.2019 be modified to the extent that on the petitioner's furnishing the surety bonds and
