2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 518 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 69, 89, 352 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have established consensual relationship with the informant on the promise of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the perusal of the records it appears to be a case of consensual sex.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, DistrictPanta/concerned Court below in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 518 of 2024.
