JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with SPL Case No. 1481 of 2019, arising out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 10.8 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner being a lady has falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner on the ground of maintainability as there is recovery from the house of the petitioner.
