The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahnar P.S. Case No. 287 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of commission of torture and demand of dowry against the petitioner. Petitioner is none else than husband of the informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence has ever taken place and there was no demand of dowry by the petitioner. Earlier informant has given application to the Mahila PS, Gardanibagh, Patna stating therein that this case is false case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40215 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is husband of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
