It is submitted on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 that grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed to which learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that calculation regarding 5th Pay Revision has not been done properly
Patna High Court MJC No.3418 of 2014 (9) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 for which a representation has already been filed before the competent authority.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this contempt petition stands disposed of with direction to concerned authority to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the rules.
