Vide order dated 15.03.2021, anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below and the learned court below was directed to dispose of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on the same day without being prejudiced by the said order but the petitioner did not surrender before the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been compromised between the parties and on this ground, he has filed the second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering this fact that the second anticipatory bail is not maintainable in the eye of law, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
