Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2014 registered under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation that they also participated in the alleged crime, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri A. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Rosera, Samastipur stands rejected.
