The petitioner has prayed for quashing of the appointment of the private respondent on the post of Anganbari Sevika for Centre No.141, Ward No.6, Gram Panchayat- Nonhar, Bikramganj in the district of Rohtas.

Pleadings on record would confirm that the alternative remedy available to the petitioner under the guidelines issued by the State Government relating to appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika has not been exhausted.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to exhaust the alternative remedy so available to her under the guidelines. (Jyoti Saran, J) SKPathak/- U
