Patna High Court LPA No.660 of 2016 dt.26-03-2018 2/2 grievance, she may file the appeal before the statutory authority notified for the District level /State Level by the State Government as per Regulation 22 and sub-Regulation 22(1) before the Statutory Tribunal which is said to be functioning under the Chairmanship of a retired Judge of this Court or else may take recourse the remedy of filing a civil suit in the matter of constitution of the Committee. Granting the aforesaid liberty, the appeal stands disposed of.
