2. This writ application has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to evaluate the answer-sheet of one of the papers, which, according to the petitioner, was not evaluated at all.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University from which it appears that, pursuant to a representation filed by the petitioner before the Vice-Chancellor, Magadh University, Body Gaya, Gaya, in April, 2017, the concerned answer-sheet of the petitioner has been evaluated by the by the Head of the Department (Mathematics) of the University and after allotting marks, result has been published as 'passed', as indicated in the said counter affidavit.

4. The grievance of the petitioner, thus, stands redressed.
