JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.05.2018, passed in CWJC No.9216 of 2018, the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur has passed an order dated 23.03.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for

Patna High Court MJC No.2845 of 2018(8) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 23.03.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.
