JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to informant but the injury report goes to show that informant sustained firearm injury below his knee and the aforesaid injury was found simple in nature. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, he is languishing in jail custody since 23.12.2015 and the present occurrence appears to have taken place on account of petty issue. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.15963 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014.
