2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 4.As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the deceased and has stabbed the deceased.

5.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2023 and he is quite

7.Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed. 8.Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. West Champaran, Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023 subject to the condition:- 8.(i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Shikarpur Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
