Despite repeated calls, none appears for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S.Case No.1244 of 2015 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR as also the submissions made at the Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the autopsy report of the deceased neither any external nor any internal injury was found by the doctor and the doctor opined that the father of the informant died due to cardiac arrest, in the event of arrest or surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20996 of 2016 (3) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S.Case No. 1244 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
