The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 141 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.11.2020. Vide order dated 15.09.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that 03 witnesses out of 09 witnesses have already been examined and the case is running for remaining prosecution evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
