JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks modification of order dated 20.12.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 84857 of 2019 in connection with Kudra Police Station Case No. 319 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner belongs to a poor family and in order to earn livelihood he was working at Delhi and the order granting him anticipatory bail was not communicated to him in time, as such, he could not surrender within the stipulated period of three weeks.
