1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners in this application pray for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case no.297 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 351(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Snahita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that having purchased the land in question and having

No.37015 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/3 constructed a hut thereon while the informant was seated there having some snacks, it is stated that ten named accused persons including the five petitioners herein came variously armed and started to abuse and assault. It is further stated Vinay Singh struck Hajari Singh, the informant as also one Sintu Kumar with an iron road causing injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. From the contents of the FIR it would transpire that the allegations against this petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. The specific allegation is against coaccused Vinay Singh who as per oral instructions received has been enlarged on regular bail by the learned Court below. It is further stated that a title appeal is also pending in the learned Court below with respect to the land in question. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and undertake to cooperate in the investigation/trial.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R. together with the specific allegation of assault being on coaccused Vinay Singh and not these petitioners and the petitioners not having

No.37015 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 3/3 any criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Akorhigola P.S.Case no.297 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri(Rohtas).
