Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dumraon Police Station Case No. 425 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 323, 341, 354, 379, and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioners no. 3,4 and 5 lodged Dumraon Police Station Case No. 426 of 2014 against the prosecution party of this case and after that the present case was lodged by the informant of this case, let petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9678 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Dumraon Police Station Case No. 425 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
