====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case under Section 47A of the Excise Act. They are the staff of India made foreign liquor shop, have been found selling India made foreign liquor on a Dry Day. It is submitted on their behalf that their antecedent is absolutely clean, which fact be verified by the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35192 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 below and if true, petitioners, named above be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 168/13, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., provided they surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below.
