JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner apprehends that because of the huge amount involved, the clerical people in the University may raise hindrance in the payment.

Perused office order dated 5.1.2019, the Court is convinced that the order of the writ court has been complied with.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that despite order dated 5.1.2019 the consequential benefit has not reached the petitioner because of mala fidy of Special Assistants in the University.

The court is of the view that the Vice-Chancellor and

Patna High Court MJC No.2856 of 2018(4) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 Registrar of the University has taken decision on 5.1.2019 the benefit must reach the petitioner within the reasonable time. If the benefit does not reach by 25.2.2019, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file affidavit for revival of the present case.
