JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 28.2.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.53348 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to Covid 19 Lockdown, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time as directed by this Court vide order dated 28.2.2020.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted six weeks further time to surrender before the Court below in view of the aforesaid order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6381 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 Order dated 28.2.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
