Counsel for the petitioner submits that appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhubani and a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 5 to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a time-frame. Considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to take a final decision on the appeal filed by
