2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 09.07.2020 passed in A.B.P. No. 1316 of 2020, arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 1129 of 2019 by the learned A.D.J. IIIrd, Vaishali at Hajipur.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
