This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Didarganj P.S. Case No. 156 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From an Alto Car, the police recovered 120 liters of illicit country made liquor. The petitioner, who was driving the vehicle, was apprehended by the police. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.07.2020. Considering the above, this application is allowed.
