The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case no. 122 of 2020 registered under section 307 and other sections of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that while granting bail to the other petitioners, the application for bail of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 8.3.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. no.40899 of 2020 giving liberty to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 15.6.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47859 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 case, liberty granted to the petitioner vide aforesaid order dated 8.3.2021 and the petitioner having remained in custody for over one year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case no. 122 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Madhubani.
