2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., four named accused persons including this petitioner fired upon the informant, as a result of which, informant sustained fire-arm injury on his left leg.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is own brother of the informant and on account of property dispute, Maarpeet took place. Petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2026. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024.
