Perused the record.

This is an application seeking modification/extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09/12/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28847 of 2014 in connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.

On perusal of the record, it appears that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner failed to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned.

In view of the above, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) with District Legal Services Authority, Khagaria, the period to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned is extended till 25/03/2015.
