2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging disobedience of the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 7502 of 2016.

3. From the materials on record, it transpires that alleging non-compliance of the same order the petitioner had earlier filed MJC No. 2682 of 2016, which was disposed off by the following order on 22.11.2017:

Patna High Court MJC No.2876 of 2018 dt.07-08-2019 2/2 "Contempt application is disposed off in view of the decision dated 29.09.2016, which is Annexure-B to the show cause. No sooneer the turn of the petitioner comes in the final gradation list. It goes without saying that a decision will be taken as to his entitlement."

4. In view of the aforesaid, when the Court called upon learned counsel for the petitioner to indicate as to where he stated that his turn for consideration in the final gradation list shall come, learned counsel could not show the same.

5. In view thereof, the Court does not finds any willful disobedience of the order by the authority concerned. Moreover, a second application for the same cause is not maintainable.

6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. However, the authority shall act in terms of the order dated 22.11.2017 passed in MJC No. 2682 of 2016.
