The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.215 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have got appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher by producing fake certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no

It is further submitted that the petitioner has already resigned from the service on 18.04.2022 as stated in paragraph5 of the supplementary affidavit. Considering the fact that petitioner has already resigned from the service, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.215 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
