2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.103 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that four unknown miscreants entered in the house of the informant. They snatched diamond chain and golden bangles of the informant's wife. They were also armed. It is also stated in the FIR that there is CCTV installed and the miscreants photograph is there in the CCTV.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. It has been submitted that on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner was apprehended and he has given his confessional statement. Save and except confessional statement, there is

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that learned trial court has relied mostly on paragraph '67' of the case diary which is regarding CCTV footage. From perusal of the same it is clear that the I.O. has recorded that in CCTV footage it is found that the miscreants have masked their faces and no one was identified. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 03.02.2026.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned ACJM-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.103 of 2026.
