The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be permitted to file a representation before the respondent no.4 regarding their grievances pertaining to non-grant of relaxation in age and the respondent no.4 should be directed to dispose of the same within a specified time period. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the
