JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2018. He further submits that out of Rs. 15 lakhs Rs. 2.5 lakhs has been paid and in order to pay remaining amount he submits that if the petitioner is released provisionally for a period of six months he will ensure payment of balance amount of Rs. 12.50 lakhs in five equal installments.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above is directed to be released provisionally for a period of six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34912 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018/G.R. No. 581 of 2018 subject to the condition that the bailors should be family members of the petitioner. In the event, the remaining balance amount of Rs. 12.5 lakhs is paid by the petitioner within a period of six months after release, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be made absolute by the court below (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
