Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha - Ga 7 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner has filed this petition for initiation of a contempt proceeding for violation of the order dated 17.07.2017, passed in CWJC No.4460 of 2014 by which the opposite parties were directed to consider the case of the petitioner for his appointment and dispose of the representation within three months from the date of receipt of the order.
