The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Angarghat Case No. 124 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 307, 412 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41332 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 20.06.2024, a status report has been received dated 29.06.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of nine months. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41498 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months positively failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
