A 5th supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the State showing the payment which were admittedly due to petitioner have already been made. It is submitted on behalf of the State that the judgment/order of this Court of which contempt has been alleged stands fully complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute

Patna High Court MJC No.2864 of 2018(9) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 that so far as the order of this Court is concerned, that stands complied with but his grievance is that the salary for the last five months period has still not been paid.

If it is so, the petitioner may represent this before the competent authority who shall examine the same and if there is any admissible payment then the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within a reasonable time.
