The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations regarding the offence under Section 304(B) as against the petitioner, who is sister of the husband and living separately, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest she shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
