Learned counsel for the informant submits that in the present case, process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner and therefore, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable. In support of his submission, learned counsel for the informant placed reliance on Srikant Upadhyay vs The State Of Bihar SLP (Cr.) No. 7940 of 2023.

3. In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail
