JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2021 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Ajay Kumar Thakur has informed this Court that in the on going trial all the private witnesses have already been examined and now only official witnesses are remaining to be examined, hence the trial be directed to be expedited. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with a direction to the learned court below in seisin of Sessions Trial No. 1136 of 2019 and Sessions Trial No. 219 of 2020 (arising out of N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019) to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months from today.
