2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came and started abusing informant and his family members. Petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant with iron rod causing injury on his shoulder. Petitioner no. 2 inflicted iron blow to the informant and caused injury on his head. Petitioner no. 3 assaulted khanti blow on the head of Nitish Kumar (son of informant). Doctor has found the injuries, caused to Nitish Kumar (son of informant), to be grievous in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40852 of 2023(4) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 nature, whereas, injuries caused to the informant are dangerous to life.
