1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Town P. S. Case No.718 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.2628 of 2022 and the same was rejected by an order dated 26.05.2022.

4. The Court has perused the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40392 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 26.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. 2628 of 2022 and thus, is not persuaded to release the petitioner on bail.

5. The prayer of the petitioner for regular bail stands rejected.
