JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 The petitioner is the lady and apprehends her arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.96 of 2012 instituted under Section- 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the ridiculous allegation as against the petitioner in the F.I.R.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, India Devi shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35259 of 2014 (02) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.96 of 2012, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
