In this case, the petitioners submit that their case is completely covered by the judgment and order passed in the case of Raj Kumar Sharma and others vs. State of Bihar and others, C.W.J.C. No. 9987 of 2016 and its analogous cases. He further submits that their prayer has been rejected only on the ground that they are not party to that writ application. The concerned authority will consider the case of the petitioners vis-a-vis the fact of the case of Raj Kumar Sharma and others. If the fact, law and relief are common in both the cases, in that circumstance, the same relief will be granted to the petitioners within a period of six months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.

With the above observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
