The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 (Spl. Case No. 2798 of 2019) registered under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of the seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.35806 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
