The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 366 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 363, 365, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that victim girl has not been recovered as yet and further at paragraph 116 of the case diary it has come on record that the victim girl has been continuously communicating with the petitioner, namely, Bhagirath Roy, I
